“AURORA!” My mom screamed, and I knew that I was in for it again. 

It didn’t matter that it was my eighteenth birthday so soon, it didn’t matter that they had beat me until I couldn’t breathe. 

Werewolf or not my parents were cruel at their nicest and monsters at their worst.

I'm praying to my good graces that I can at least have my mate find me so I can take my little sister with me to their home, but nothing is guaranteed when your parents are your abusers.

I should have been safe. My brother is the Beta to the Alpha’s but I’m still not safe. 

Bleeding out on the floor. I never thought that’s how I would die but it’s better than the alternative where my sister dies for spilling juice. I smiled, staring at my big brother tearing apart our parents. How could she beg for mercy when she never gave us that same treatment?

I heard the door slam open and our three Alpha’s came into the room and I felt everything slow down. Sparks shifted in the air while they surrounded me, their eyes enticing my wolf. 

“Mate.” They whispered in unison and then everything went black.
