Chapter 5

Blane Samuel

"Come on Camilla, we have to go" I said and when my hand almost knocked the door, it bursted out. My eyes widened to see her so beautiful in the short white dress.

I swore that I was speechless, she looked so breathtaking. I looked at her from head to toe and couldn't stop admiring every inch of her.

"Let's go" She said and she walked past me. I still do not believe what I just see. I turned to her and saw her walking out from the salon. I followed her out and she was already waiting for me in front of the car door. I unlocked my car and got in too.

"Wedding garden party?" She asked as she put the seatbelt on

"How do you know?"

"It's in the afternoon, Blane" She looked at me with her blue eyes

"Right" I looked away and took a big breath since it got hitch. I started the car and drove away. The both of us stayed silent and I kept glancing at her. She was looking outside the window every time

"Why don't you ask?"

"Ask what?"

"Why?" I said and she let out a small laugh

"It's your privacy, I hate butting into someone else's privacy" She answered and I mean she's right. Everyone has their privacy and why am I wanting her to ask or at least asking an explanation about yesterday and today.

Why isn't this girl not interested in knowing?

"Do you have a boyfriend?" I asked

"Nope" She answered it shortly and suddenly her phone rang. She quickly answered it

"Kimberly!!" I knew it's her sister since I looked up into her profile yesterday

"I miss you too little sis, when will you come here? Oh what's with the sad tone?" She asked in a worry tone

"Really? You're coming here next week? That's exciting. I'm meeting with a friend right now. Okay.. Bye" She ended the call and I was stunned that she took care of her sister well.

She's looked so fierce and just.. ehmm bitchy but she's the opposite. She's beautiful and I bet she will never fail to put everyone's attention to her. There's something about her that always shines and lures men to her. That's why a lot of men want her.

"Please don't sell your phone number in the wedding since you come there with me as my girlfriend" I stated and she laughed

"I never gave my phone easily Blane, you can count with your finger how many male phone numbers in my phone. I never date in my entire life"

"What? Why?" I looked at her disbelief. Isn't it weird to find a beautiful girl, attractive and just.. luring but she never dates?

"A lot of reasons"

"You don't trust them?"

"They're always up for my body not for me" That hit me, how come a guy that rude? I know not every guy have a mindset as me but still.

"They're only up for sex but never like me, they only love my body. They touch me, kiss me and some of them almost rape me" I found myself gripping my steering wheel hard. I felt my heart burning hearing her like this

"Did something happen to you in the past?"

"You can say that, no one knew the story except me and that guy"

"Tell me." I said and I was shocked to hear myself say that. I hate to butt into someone else's business but I felt that I need to know

"Sorry but I don't want to tell you" She answered and the whole ride turned silent. We arrived at the venue and I stopped my car

"Camilla" I called looking at the steering wheel blankly

"Huh?"

"You deserve better" I stated as I turned to her. She smiled

"I know, thankyou for concerning Blane. Should we go?" She asked and I nodded. We both got out from the car. I slipped my arm around her waist and walked into the wedding avenue.

I started to notice men starting to look at her. Who doesn't? She's beautiful and attractive. Knowing her more makes you want to know all of her. I felt it and I know why people attach to this girl.

"Where's your twin?" Camilla asked turning to me

"Maybe he's a little bit late, he often like that" I answered and she smile nodding

I showed my invitation and we both sat in the middle row.

"Blane!" I turned to see my old friends and I can't help but smile widely seeing them. They came to me and their eyes landed on Camilla straight away.

"Who's the beauty?" Lucas asked and Edon, Steve and Trey looked at me with the face of curious

"This is my girlfriend, Camilla. Camilla, these are my friends. Lucas, Edon, Steve and Trey" I introduced them to her

"Camilla" They all shook her hand and she smiled to them politely

"Already moved on?" Edon teased and I punched him playfully

"Already asshole, don't say that in front of my girlfriend" I hissed trying to make it so real and Edon laughed.

"You always got a real beauty, Blane." Trey said.

"Lauren and then Camilla." Lucas mentioned.

"Can you gentlemen not bring up Lauren? I don't like it. Past is in the past" Camilla butt in with her cold tone voice. I was shocked to see this side of her. She glared at them.

"Sorry sorry, we just like to tease him beautiful."

"Go away, don't look at my girlfriend like that" I pushed Steve away after saying that. They went away and I turned to Camilla.

"You have this cold side?"

"I knew you don't like them for saying that, you're still trying to move on at this point." She answered and I found myself smiling. She understands.

The guests started to fill the seats and it's time for the bride and groom to enter. Brooklyn sat on the other side with other friends. We all stood up to see the bride entered.

"She's so beautiful," Camilla said and I chuckled. Claudia, the bride, is not pretty. She's average but she has a really good kind heart.

"Which one is your friend?" Camilla turned to me and It was so close until my eyes went straight to her beautiful blue eyes

"The- they both are my- my friends" I stuttered and she turned to the couple again. We all sat down again and it was time for them to say their vows and blablabla.

Instead looking at the couple, my eyes stuck at Camilla. I don't know what made me like this but she's just.. argh I don't know.

I kissed her cheek and she looked at me in shock. She raised her eyebrows

"Brooklyn saw us" What a lie Blane, you were never this lame. Camilla nodded and she linked her arm to mine. Well I guess lying is not a sin when it comes to her maybe.

"Do you want to get married someday?" Camilla suddenly asked while her eyes still stuck on the couple

"Maybe, if I found someone. I don't think I can move on from Lauren that fast. It's been more than a year but I still can't let go. How about you?"

"I want to get married and have kids"

"Kids?" I asked and she looked up to me

"Yes kids, have a small house with a small backyard to let the kids play with dogs. Small kitchen to bake cookies and meals for the family. Have trips with car and just a lot more things"

"Marriage will tie you down, you'll regret it if you get married when you're young" I said

"It's not something that you'll regret Blane, you see how happy people are when they're together with their love"

"Most of them got divorce" I stated and she nodded

"But some of them are not"

"Girls and their fantasies, my sister just like you" I said truthfully

"You'll get what I mean one day" She kissed my cheek and I was starled with that

"and Brooklyn isn't looking at us earlier" She stated chuckling and I was caught red handed
