Chapter 2

Brandon's POV

"I will send some of my warriors to help you with your Rogue problem," I told Alpha Thomas of the Blood Moon Pack.

My name is Brandon Smith, and I am twenty-one years old. My twin brother Landon and I are the Alphas of the Crescent Moon Pack. We took over the Pack after our father was killed.

"Thank you, Alpha Brandon; I will let my warriors know," Alpha Thomas said, and we ended the call.

"I don't know why we have to send our warriors to their pack," Landon said.

"Because we have a treaty that says we will help them if needed," I said.

"It seems like they always need our help. I swear Alpha Thomas can't do anything for himself. We should end the treaty and tell him to do something for himself for a change," Landon said, and I rolled my eyes.

"Be serious, Landon. We can't break the treaty. If we do, it could mean war between our packs."

Landon is younger than me by two minutes. While I am the mature, responsible twin, he is immature and never takes anything seriously.

"Alpha Brandon, the prisoner's mom, has asked if you would take her other daughter instead," Beta Leo said through mind-linked.

"I didn't even know Yolanda had another daughter?" I repliedthrough mind-link.

"She said it was her stepdaughter, and her parents are dead. I guess she has been Yolanda's slave ever since,"

Yolanda is a Rogue that borrowed money from our Pack after her husband died. Unfortunately, she never paid her debt, so Landon decided to take her daughter and make her a maid until she paid off her debt. The problem is that her daughter doesn't know how to cook or clean. I bet she has never worked a day in her life.

Not all werewolves have problems with humans, but my brother and I hate them with a passion. They are the reason our father died.

"That would make her stepdaughter a filthy human," Landon said disgustingly.

Landon and I both hated humans. They are worthless, disgusting, and weak beings that only care for themselves. They are even worst than vampires if you ask me.

Humans are the reason my father is dead. He tried to help a human woman get away from her abusive boyfriend. Her boyfriend was a Rogue, and he and his brother killed my father for trying to save her. To make matters worse, she returned to her boyfriend after everything. I made sure to kill her and her boyfriend for what happened to my father.

"That might be a great idea, bro," Landon smirked.

"I don't want a worthless human in our Pack," I said.

"Think about it, bro. We can make her life miserable. She will have to do everything we say," Landon said.

I thought about it and realized Landon had a point. I could make her suffer for what her kind did to my father.

"Tell her we have a deal," I mind-linked Leo back.

This was going to be fun.

Landon's POV

I have hated humans since my father's death. I couldn't wait until this human got here so I could make her life a living hell.

"Get your hands off of me," I heard someone say. For some reason my heart started beating rapidly.

"The human must be here," Brandon said.

"Bring the human to Brandon's office," I said through mind-link.

"First, let me teach her a lesson for speaking without permission," Leo said. For some reason I wanted to say no but why should I? The girl was

a filty human who deserved to suffer. So I fought that feeling to stop Leo from doing what he wanted.

"Leo wants to teach the girl a lesson," I said to Brandon.

"Tell him to do whatever he want to the girl," Brandon replied.

"Do whatever you want to her," I linked back.

"Thanks, Alpha," Leo said and ended the link.

"What do you think he is going to do?" I asked.

"Probably beat her. You know Leo hates humans just as much as we do," Brandon replied.

Thirty minutes later, my mom walked inside the room.

"How could you let Leo hurt that poor innocent girl like that? He beat her really badly," My mom growled.

"I am sure she is alright, mom," Brandon said.

"No, she isn't. He beat her unconscious. I didn't raise the two of you to be this way," My mom said.

"You are acting like we are the ones that touched her," I replied.

"You might not have touched her, but you told Leo he could. You two disappoint me," My mom said, and she walked out of Brandon's office.

"Mom," I said. I didn't want my mom to be upset with me.

"Now I feel like shit," Brandon said.

"Maybe we should go see how badly Leo beat her," I said, and Brandon agreed.

We walked to the Pack Doctors' office and went to the front desk where Tasha was.

"Hey, Alphas, you here to have some fun," Tasha said seductively. My brother and I both have fucked her before.

"Maybe later; where is the human," Brandon asked as he pinched her nipple through her shirt.

"She's in room ten," Tasha said, and we began walking to the room.

As we got closer to the room, I began to smell the most amazing smell in the world. It was the smell of Vanilla, and Honey mixed in one. The scent got stronger as we walked up to the door.

"Do you smell that?" I asked as I smelled the most amazing scent.

"Yes, it smells live Vanilla," Brandon replied

As we opened the door, the smell hit me harder. I looked up and saw a girl lying on the bed. Even with all the bruises, I knew that she was beautiful. I froze when I walked up to her, and so did Brandon. The girl opened her eyes, and everything stopped.

"Mate," Brandon and I said at the same time.
