Chapter 6

It's been years since her mother's death and yet Lissana is still in deep thoughts. Lissana is now in the shelter of Hades. The man he doesn't want to see. She felt uncomfortable with his stares and presence. Every time that Hades comes home she always hides in her room and locks it until he's gone again like what used to be. Hades was a busy man and she doesn't know what he's been doing or what business he's into. They don't talk too much and see each other even though they live on one roof.

Lissana wants to go out, to forget things but he forbids her to go out so that she doesn't even understand why. Lissana was full of hatred and mad towards Hades because he doesn't have a right for her on what she had to do, she has wanted and loved too and Hades will not be a hindrance to it. Hades doesn't want her to go to a school but instead, she was homeschooling. Everything she needed was immediately given to her. Not until one night.

The cold breeze of a night air seeps through her skin as she gets out of the house. Her aunt says that he's outside drinking coffee. She went to see him talk about her home school. She wants to go out.

"Señor Hades," Lissana breath, her heart was stammering with nervousness but she must do it. Hades stops his drinking and puts the cup slowly at the table before looking at her. Hades breathe the air, he can almost smell her breath. His eyes were dark, his lashes were long and thick, his right eyebrow was arching but she bet it was sexy. And his lips were thin and red that didn't even cross a smile not even they met.

Lissana shrugs her head, what was she thinking, she's here to complain and to brag not to be mesmerized by his features. Hades's lips twitched a smile and his eyes sparkled with delight for he can hear what she's thinking about and her argument with herself. He knows why she is here. Oh how he badly wants her now but he's just forcing himself not to. She's too young and delicate.

"I want to talk to you," Lissana finally said and she was proud of herself to be this brave.

"We're talking already. What is it?" Hades answered and he wants to smile for he knows that Lissana is now mad at him. He can't help but to tease her, he wants how red she is now.

"I want to go outside."

"Then go outside."

"No, I want to go outside to meet new people and to have friends," Lissana bravely said while looking straight into his eyes. Hades knew that this would happen and still, he's not ready for it. He cannot let Lissana go, he doesn't want her to meet new people. Hades only wants what is his and only his. Lissana is too beautiful and too innocent and people will just take advantage of her. He knows that.

"Listen, young lady, if I say no, it's a no-," Hades growled which makes Lissana flinch on where she was standing.

"N-no you can't just hide me in here! You can't do this to me forever!" Lissana cried and tears were streaming in her white pale face. Hades can't take a look at her face, his heart would fall in pain. Lissana runs in her room, she was fuming with rage while bellowing her heart out. As soon as she entered her room she closes the door with a loud bang.

She doesn't care if she looks like a rebellious young lady. She doesn't care at all. She runs in her bed and kneeled and pours her heart out. She screams on her pillow and cries until she's satisfied. When Lissana gets tired of crying she decides to crawl in her bed and sleep. She doesn't want to eat with that man, she even doesn't want to see his shadow or smell his masculine scent.

"Stop that! Stop thinking about that," she muttered under her breath, she was mad at herself on why she is thinking that way. She was nearing her sleep and her eyelids we're starting to close when she gasped when someone grabbed her waist and pulled her closer into something hard and warm. She was about to scream when the person in her back covered her mouth.

"Shhh it's me," a vigorous cold voice said and he gets off his hand in her mouth. She immediately turns her head into him and gasps when their faces we're too close and she could almost smell his breath. It's intoxicating her as if she wants more.

"What are you doing here?" she asked in a low voice that it should be rising. She should be angry about why he is here and near her. She should be shouting at him. But she was a bit bewildered when she saw her door. It was locked, how did he come here? Where did he enter? How? There were so many things running in her mind.

"Okay, I'll let you go," Hades stated that Lissana frowned.

"Let me go?" She asked if she was a bit uncomfortable with their situation. But he seemed not to care. She could hear his heartbeat beating, she could also hear his breathing.

"You sounded like you didn't like it," Hades said and he closed his eyes. Now she could see closer to his face. His skin was flawless and so white. He could pass a model. His nose was perfectly sculptured like a Greek God, his luscious lips we're so kissable. She wonders how many women met his lips. She blinks her eyes when suddenly he opens his eyes.

"You're going to school. Only if you follow my rules. Am I clear of my kitten?"

"Is that true? Yes! I'm okay with it. Name it, just please trust me. I will not do wrong, I just wanted to go outside. I'm turning eighteen Señor Hades," Lissana said not looking into his eyes.

"I will now give you a phone so I can contact you anytime and I want you to answer it every time even when you are in your room, you have a right to excuse, message me every ten minutes of what you are doing and where you are and especially who is with you. And Michael will fetch you when your class ends. Are we clear with it?" He stated and Lissana didn't even blink a bit. He sounded so harsh and possessive but it's impossible to be in that way. He doesn't have a reason to be like that, Lissana thought.

"Clear Señor Hades." "Don't call me Señor Hades. Call me Hades."

"If I call you that way I don't sound like I have respect to you anymore."

"I want you to call me that."

"H-hades," Lissana breath and Hades' eyes went even darker. Hades loved to hear his name coming from her lips.

"Now sleep. You have a big day tomorrow."

"Okay, so can you now go to your room so I can now sleep?" Lissana said which made Hades smiled, it was her first time to see him smile and she was stunned and her heart started beating fast. Why is she feeling that way?

"I want to sleep with you tonight. Now sleep," Hades said and pulled her even closer into his chest and she gasped at his sudden action. Her thoughts say that this is wrong because it is her mother's husband and now her stepfather.

"Don't think negative thoughts little kitten. Please sleep," he said as he closes his eyes. She turns around and her back faces him. He held her a little closer, all she can feel is his warm breath in her bareback skin. She was only wearing a sleeveless silk nightgown.

"Goodnight."
