Chapter 3 (part one)
5 days later....
"Soha it's been five days now and you haven't told me your answer yet" Amma said concerned. "It's not that I don't have the answer, I'm just_"...."scared?" She cut her off. Soha nodded slowly. "Don't be please. I trust sultaan with you. He's matured enough to know what's right or wrong. Soha I'm not going to force you on this, nobody will. If you like him fine, if you don't allah baki Wanda ya fishi but nobody's going to force you on this, it's your life"
"I want to talk to him" she muttered. "Ok I'll tell your brother" Amma nodded. As soon as Amma left the room sohana laid back down on the bed. "Urgh!! Why can't they leave me alone!!" She groaned. She rose to her feet and went to her closet. She started packing her clothes in her suitcase since she'll be going back home today.

"Amma just called to inform me that sohana wants to see you" Ahmad said as they walked around the barrack. Sultaan almost chocked on the coke he was drinking. "Are you serious?" He queried. He was really stunned, he never thought she'd ask to see him anytime soon.
"Yeah I guess." Ahmad wore his dior sunglasses before speaking again "she's going back home today so you'll be the one to take her." Sultaan liked the idea of taking Soha home, at least they'll get to talk on the way.
"I'm going home now, when are you leaving?" He opened the door to his office and sauntered in. "I'll be right behind you." Sultaan left for his office and grabbed his car keys together with his sunglasses and phones.
He unlocked his car and hopped in. He drove straight to Ahmad's house. He couldn't stop smiling. 'What is this girl doing to me?' He mused. One thing is he has never fell in love with any girl. He would have given maahnoor a chance he can't deal with her madness.
He parked his car at the parking lot and alighted. He took one step at a time till he got to the door. Ahmad opened the door for him. "And you couldn't wait for me." He lightly punched Ahmad's shoulder. "Excuse me for Missing my wife too much." He laughed a little.
"Where's my star?" Sultaan asked settling down on the sofa. "Your what? Hold it mehn! You better not start calling her names. She hasn't even accepted your proposal yet and you're here calling her names." Ahmad hissed while sultaan laughed at him. "Nipwid!"
"Whatever mehn lemme go call her." Ahmad stood up and left. He entered sohana's with salam. "Waalaykumus salam. Welcome back" she answered and greeted him. "Thank you. Uhmm get ready now sultaan will be the one to take you home" he announced. She quickly gaze at her brother before lowering her gaze.
"But yaya..." he cut her short before she could finish "no buts, he's waiting for you so better be fast." With that, he left. "Ya Allah" she muttered rubbing her temple. She wore a black abaya with red stones decorating it. She wore a matching veil and sprayed some perfume. She took her hand bag and dragged her suitcase out.
And there he was, sitting on the two sitter wearing his khaki, legs crossed. The khaki really fit him well. He looked really handsome. "Salamu alaykum" she announced her presence. "Waalaykumus salam" they chorused in union. "Ina wuni" she greeted. "How are you?" He asked looking at her with full admiration.
"I'm good, alhamdulillah." Amma was busy wiggling her brows at Soha. "Ok you guys have to get going. I need to go rest now" he shook hands with sultaan. "Take her home straight and take care of her" Ahmad said sternly before he left. "Greet everyone at home please" Amma spoke giving soha a hug.
He helped her with her suitcase and opened the door for her. She murmured a 'thank you' and got in. He walked to the drivers side and hopped in. He started the ignition. They started driving straight to gwarimpa.
Sultaan tried making a conversation with her but she wasn't giving him any attention. She was eager to get out of the car. As soon as he parked the car in front of soha's house she alighted out and sauntered into the house without taking her hand bag or her suitcase.
He chuckled looking at her. He picked up the bag and opened the car trunk. He bought out the suitcase and started walking towards the entrance. He entered with salam. He met aunty and maama in the living room. "Ina wuni" he greeted them and they answered.
"Oh Ya Allah so fatima let you to Carry all these luggage for her dan batada kunya (because she's shameless)" aunty finished off and shook her head. "Bakomai aunty" his head low as he talked to her. All of the sudden he couldn't face Aunty anymore. He was starting to feel shy. He respected her being soha's mother and also the one who raised him.
"Lemme go and call her." Aunty rose to her feet and went straight to soha's room. She met her lying on the bed with her eyes closed. "Sohana lafiyan ki kuwa? Are you okay? Why will you let him to carry your suitcase and hand bag. Oh ni Bilkisu children of nowadays. So now because he proposed to you that's why you've already started doing what ever you feel like ko?" Aunty kept baying.
"Aunty ba haka bane (it's not like that) I totally forgot my stuff in his car. I'm sorry" she finished off and quickly sauntered out of the room. She went into the living room and met him watching tv. He beamed at her while she lowered her head and smiled back.
"Tun kafin muyi aure harkin fara bani wahala?" He teased. "No it's not like that, I totally forgot my stuff were in your car. I'm sorry." She scratched the back of her head feeling nervous. "Are you going to keep standing there?" He questioned. She didn't even realize she was still standing.
She sat down on the one sitter. "Fatima you haven't given me your answer yet and it's been five days now." Her hands were getting sweaty, her heart beating fast. "I- I still don't have anything to say." She stuttered a little. He chuckled softly "it's okay, I get it. You're nervous, I am too. Just know that I love you with all my heart. You're the first woman I've ever fallen for. Please Fatima don't let me down. Don't hurt my poor soul." He was starting to sound desperate.
