Part 1

Dillion’s pov

“Today’s news on the pack games is as follows: in the first place we have Storm pack, who won 95 percent of their games. We thought that they wouldn’t make a came back but, Ladies and Gentlemen it looks like Storm packs heir and members are fighting hard to get the first place again this year, in second place is the Black Moon pack and in third place it is the Thunder moon pack” the voice over the radio in the café I work in said. It’s been a while since I heard that name, Storm Pack. Storm pack is my old pack, it is the pack that I left 2 years ago. But I guess if they won 95 percent of their games, they are still as strong as ever. “Dillion you can go home now,” said my boss.

My boss is Granny Claire, she is an Alpha. Yes, I said and Alpha, we are werewolves. Humans also know about werewolves, and we live peacefully with them. She is about 70 years old and lives with her mate Grandpa Ben, here. She is a sweet old lady and owns this sweet little café. This café is in the middle of a little town called Sun Village. The town is on the far side of Storm Pack territory. Their territory is huge, they are the biggest pack in the world as far as I know. They are so big because of years other packs merge with theirs, either because their Alpha died, or their Alpha was removed from his/her position. “Are you sure about that Granny Claire?” I asked her because the next helper doesn’t start for another hour or so.

“Yes, I am sure, now go before I kick you out” she replied while shooing me to the staff lockers. I laughed at her antics and went to change my shirt to a normal shirt and not my work shirt. After I changed my work shirt, I grabbed my stuff and headed to the front of the café. I ordered some chocolate cake and a vanilla one. I grabbed them and headed out while greeting Granny Claire. I walked down the street to the bus stop that is at the end of the street. I sat and waited about 10 minutes before the bus arrived. No, I don’t have a car, I can drive and have my driver’s license, but I choose not to drive because I have a fear of it.

I got on the bus when it arrived and went to sit at the back of the bus, where fewer people were sitting. It took about half an hour to get to my stop. When the bus arrived at my stop I climbed off with my bags and with the cakes to make the 5-minute walk to my apartment. I don’t live on the rich side of town but also not on the too bad side of town. The side I live in is still a nasty side, but I can manage it. The rent here is also cheap enough so that I can afford it with the little salary I get at the part-time work at the café.

When I opened the door, I heard “Mommy.” I smiled. I put down the cakes and my bag when I heard the pitter patter of feet. I laughed when I heard yelling “Don’t run you are going to fall.” I bent down to my knees so that I could catch the small body flying towards me when coming down the small step. I laughed. “Hey Babyboy,” I said to the small body hugging mine. “Hi Mommy,” he said. Yes, I am his mommy. I look up to see Daine smiling down at us. “Maxi, you should not run, you know you will fall down the step if you are not careful,” I said to Maxi, smiling, because knowing this son of mine will continue to run when he knows I am coming in, and he knows that I will catch him every time.

“Mommy” he wined. “No baby, you know you got hurt when running here, don’t you remember” I asked him. He looked down, remembering the accident a few months ago. “Say sorry to Aunty Daine,” I said to Maxi. “Sorry Aunty D,” he said while looking at her. She smiles at him. “Thank you, Daine, for coming today,” I said to her while picking up Maxi. I also grabbed the cake bags. I gave her the vanilla cake. “It’s my pleasure Dillion and thank you for the cake” she replied. I smiled at her.

“Where is Sage,” I asked her when we walked into the small hallway. “She is playing in the living room with the toys they brought out” she replied. When we entered the living room, I put Maxi on the couch and walked to where she sat on the floor. “Hi baby girl,” I said softly while going down onto my knees. She looks up and smiles. She stood up and waddled into my open arms. ”Ma,” she says. Yes, she is struggling to speak and to walk, but that is because she is an Omega and her brother is a Dominant Alpha, like his father, that is why he is so good at walking and talking.

I saw Diane grabbing her things. “Thank you, Diane, I will see you again,” I said to her. “Bye Dillion, Max and Mackenzie” she replied. Now I should probably introduce myself. My name is Dillion Thunderson. I am 20 years old, and I am an Omega. I met my mate almost 3 years ago when I was 17 years old, and he was 18. Yes, I gave birth to my two children and yes, they are my mates’ children. My mate doesn’t know that he is a father, and it will stay that way. My son is Maximilian Sawyer Storm. He is two years old. He was also born about 2 minutes before his sister. He is also a Dominant Alpha wolf. Then you have Mackenzie Sage Storm. She is the last born of the twins. She is also a lot smaller than Maxi. She is an Omega, like me. And for those of you thinking, yes, I ran away from my mate when I was pregnant.
