I Want you back

That day when our eyes met and I realized that Angel is my mate, I will admit I was surprised. I can't accept the fact that the Moon Goddess gave me a mate far from what I’m dreaming. I want a mate who's strong and beautiful. Someone I can be proud of throughout the pack. But all that was not in her. She's fat, she doesn't know how to dress herself. She always worn an oversize shirt and pants, moreover, people avoided or bullied her because of what happened to Michael's parents. Their parents died because they protected her from rogues attack a few years ago. She was told not to leave the pack house but she still came out, causing his parents to focus on saving her. They were killed because they got out of focus in the fight.

Since then I avoided her. I also see in Michael that he is not okay with Angel. She’s weak and always needed protection.

That day, I made the worst decision of my life. I rejected my mate and hurt her.

After I discovered that she left the pack I was scared. What if something happened to her because she left and become rogues? I told her to leave me alone but I didn’t expect her to leave the pack.

Claw is also mad at me till now. Ever since he lost Slade, he avoided me and didn’t talk to me for two years now. He only comes out if it's a matter of life and death, especially if Alpha duties to save the pack, but other than that he doesn't talk to me anymore. I feel lost for the past two years of not having my wolf to support me. That’s the reason also why I asked Mark to help my pack. He has best warriors which can help my people. I didn’t know that Angel is now part now of his pack.

Now that Angel is back here, little by little I feel him. He makes me feel how much he wants to talk to Slade Angel.

'No way, you saw what happened earlier, I tried to talk to her but she was angry with me.'

I noticed that thing from the beginning. He is so protective over Angel. Do they have a relationship? After I rejected her, I lost the bond I have for her. I didn’t know if she flirted with someone else after she left the pack.

I was thinking deeply when I heard a knock on my office door.

"Come in."

Michael entered my office.

"Alpha, can I ask a question?"

"Sure, go ahead."

"Why did Angel react like that when he saw you earlier? Is there something I need to know? As far as I know, you two are close. It changes when my parents died. What happened back there is something bothering me."

"We are really friends, we both hurt Angel, now we are stupidly talking here and blaming one another for the sins we have committed against her."

"I don't know how I can get Angel back, look at her, she's different now. She even talks back at me, she doesn't care even if I'm the Alpha here." I said.

"We can't blame her, that was the result of the bad things we did to her."

"You're right." I agreed.

We were in such a situation when Lani suddenly entered my office in a hurry.

"Alpha, Michael, A-Angel." Lani said.

Michael and I stood up at the same time when we heard Angel's name.

"What happened to Angel?" I asked.

"Angel and Danna are fighting right now." Lani said.

We don’t think twice after we heard that. We ran out of the pack house and went to the training ground as fast we can just to catch up with Angel and Danna.

This is not good. Danna was the girl I flirted with that day.

I saw Angel holding Danna’s hand.

Danna shouted in pain when Angel twisted her hand. We heard bones breaking.

“We need to stop her.” Michael said.

She was about to attack her again when I rushed to Danna and pulled her over my back and blocked Angel's attack before it hit her.

Angel looked at me, her eyes are glowing, her powers are over flowing. She’s the only wolf I saw whose eyes are not changing to gold or gray when using their wolf power. Her sapphire blue eyes remain just a little darker when her wolf Slade is in control.

Who is this girl? what makes her so strong?

"Kneel." Angel Said.

I can’t even recognize her voice. It’s Slade, she’s over powering Angel’s body.

In just one word all of the wolves in the area suddenly kneel.

Except me.
