30- This sweet idea

The idea of starting a small business offered her the opportunity to be creative while earning a living.

With that vision in mind, Jade began researching and planning. She explored possible names for her venture and developed strategies to market her services. The idea of turning her passion into a profession excited her, and each step she took in that direction brought her closer to the independence she longed for.

On the Other Side of the Wall Everth…

Everth’s experienced and determined attorney stood up to present the defense. He meticulously detailed the evidence they had collected, witnesses who supported Everth’s alibi, and any details that might call into question the validity of the accusation.

“Honorable members of the jury, I will present you with irrefutable evidence that proves my client’s innocence. There are testimonies and evidence that cannot be ignored, and

I am confident that at the end of this trial, Everth will be acquitted of these baseless accusations,

the lawyer declared with conviction.

Meanwhile, Everth was lost in a sea of thoughts. He remembered the events that

led him to this situation, how his life took an unexpected turn. The uncertainty about the

outcome of the trial consumed him, but he also felt the hope that the

defense presented by his lawyer gave him.

The trial progressed, with testimonies, arguments and debates that outlined the puzzle

of the night in question. Ivan, from his seat, watched attentively every movement

in the courtroom, fervently wishing that the truth would come to light and his friend

could regain his freedom.

The hours passed slowly, and every word spoken in the courtroom resonated

like an echo in Everth's mind. The truth, now shrouded in legal proceedings, was about to be revealed. Everth’s fate hung in the balance, and the jury’s decision would determine whether justice would prevail. The attorney, in his final statement, emphasized the lack of compelling evidence against him and the inconsistency in the narrative presented by the prosecution. He concluded his argument, leaving it up to the jury to make an informed and fair decision. “Honorable members of the jury, I ask you to consider every detail, every piece of evidence presented. A man’s life is at stake, and I trust that, by analyzing the facts impartially, you will see that the truth is on the side of innocence,” the attorney said, addressing the jury in a persuasive tone. The room fell into a tense silence as the jury retired to deliberate. Expectant glances turned to Everth, whose fate was now in the hands of those who would decide his guilt or innocence.

Alessandro, the police officer in charge of the case, interrupted the room with a confident and determined expression. He stood up, looking directly at the jury as he presented a series of evidence that he claimed directly linked Everth to the crimes he was charged with.

“Honorable members of the jury, I understand the defense presented by the lawyer for the accused, but we must face the facts. Everth’s fingerprints were found at the crime scene, on key objects, and most worryingly, on the bodies of the victims. We have forensic evidence that directly connects Everth to these horrendous acts,” Alessandro stated firmly.

The jury listened attentively, and the room filled with murmurs and whispers. Everth’s friend Ivan clenched his fists, sensing the tension in the air. Everth, for his part, kept his gaze fixed on Alessandro, trying to remain calm in the face of the shocking revelations.

Alessandro continued to detail each piece of evidence presented by the prosecution: the fingerprints, the forensic analysis, the temporal connections, and any element that could strengthen the prosecution’s position.

“We cannot ignore this evidence. Everth was present at the scene, and his involvement in these crimes is undeniable. The trial must be based on facts and evidence, and these elements cannot be overlooked,” Alessandro added in a persuasive tone.

As the prosecutor argued his case, the courtroom fell into a heavy silence. The jury, now faced with the difficult task of weighing the evidence presented by both sides, reflected the gravity of the situation on their faces.

The defense attorney, for his part, prepared to counter Alessandro's claims. He knew that his client's case was at a crossroads and that the jury's decision would determine Everth's fate.

The trial continued, every word spoken in the courtroom resonating like an echo that would define Everth's future. Meanwhile, Ivan and those who supported him nervously awaited the verdict.

final verdict, hoping that justice would prevail.

The defense attorney, taking the floor after Alessandro, addressed the jury in a persuasive and determined tone. He explained that while Everth’s fingerprints were present at the scene, there was no conclusive evidence of his direct involvement in the crimes. He argued that the presence of his fingerprints could be explained by his prior connection to the scene and that, in a state of intoxication, he may have touched objects without being fully aware of his actions.

“ Honorable members of the jury, we are not denying Everth’s presence at the scene.

However, the presumption of guilt should not be based solely on fingerprints. We need to look more deeply into the circumstances and consider the possibility that his presence is not indicative of a criminal act,” the attorney stated with conviction.

Ivan, looking longingly at his friend, hoped the defense could plant reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury. Meanwhile, Everth listened intently, hoping the truth would finally come out. The attorney continued to present arguments about the lack of direct evidence linking Everth to the murders. He appealed to the jury’s logic, urging them to consider the possibility that Everth was not responsible for the crimes and could instead be a victim of unfortunate circumstances. “My esteemed jurors, I ask you to consider the possibility that Everth is not the perpetrator of these terrible acts. Consider the lack of conclusive evidence and the possibility that someone else is involved in these crimes.” Justice does not only mean punishing the guilty, but also protecting the innocent, the defense attorney concluded, hoping that his words would leave a lasting impression on the minds of the jury. The courtroom, now charged with anticipation, awaited the jury's response.
