CHAPTER 7 Not Like Your Hoes

Between Olivia and I, she really loves to go to the mall and shopping. I also like it but I'm not the materialistic type, unlike her. She can almost have her own boutique with all of her purchases.

"Where's Jax's building?"

I asked.

"Why can't you just ask Erato's? Why are you still passing by Jax?" she said annoyed.

I looked at her bored.

"Cause I already know his."

Her face looked like she's not expecting it.

"I'm asking about Jax's because Dad wanted me to tell him something."

"Then why not just text him?" She growl.

"It's about the campaign. Can't you just tell me? You have a lot of questions. Where is the college of Law?"

"In the Main."

She said sparingly and talked to the person next to him again.

Meanwhile Aiden is still looking constipated because I can't afford to talk to him today. When the first prof came out, I chose to just check social media.

I checked Erato's profile just to make sure I'm not missing anything. Still the same.

Only a few pieces of photographs and most are dark in color.

"Hmp. Just allow me to put some colors in your world Erato."

I sighed and put down my phone when the next professor came in.

"After that, join me at the gym, I'll just have a look."

Olivia as we walk down the oval towards Law.

"What? No? You'll meet up with Gino again. No."

I wholeheartedly refuse. I'm so done with her flings, she always includes me in her meet ups because her reason is that she doesn't want her name to stick to who.

"What? Then you go alone!"

"Fine! I'll go alone." I shouted back.

She stamped her feet like a kid, she stopped walking and moaned that I left her there.

"Jade!"

I was a bit startled when someone wrapped an arm around me.

It's Lawrence who called me, I could see that it was almost the entrance of the law when he suddenly startled me.

"Lawrence!"

I delightfully welcomed his hug. He even kissed my cheeks and I laughed there.

"What are you doing here? This is not the Senior High's."

His eyebrows are thick. Lawrence is also has a hot physique. Former captain of the Basketball team.

He tried to draw some strings between us but I made it clear from the beginning. He's a good friend and I want it to stay that way.

"I'm with Olivia."

I glanced back, and what I expected was that his frowning face was overjoyed because it looked like he had met an acquaintance as well.

"I’m about to go to Jax’s. How about you? This is not Archi. Building."

I smirked.

"Just passed by, I'm on my way to the parking Area. Chass's birthday today, are you guys gonna go?"

"Chass? Uhm, I'm not really aware. I just got back from the US. Tonight? I think I'll ask Olivia first."

Chass is our mutual friend.

"Okay see you."

He again kissed my cheeks before leaving. Meanwhile, I resumed walking not minding if Olivia's behind me.

"If Jaxon was the one who saw you, your man’s face might be broken by now."

I jumped in panic and even rubbed my chest at the voice that was heard. Erato leaning on the trunk of a tree, one hand is on his pocket while one hand had a leaf to play with.

I can see the tattoo on his fingers. His first two buttons are opened, his hair is a bit messy but It's fine, and it's okay! Even if he's not wearing anything it's okay with me!

"W-what do you mean? Lawrence is not my boyfriend."

This is the first time we saw each other since the barbie incident. I would be lying if I said that I didn’t even miss him.

"Do you really walk around the campus and kiss whoever stranger you bumped into?"

His jaw clenched in a harsh way. I swallowed and grinned. I even went closer to the shade where he was just so the sun rays won’t hurt my skin.

"Lawrence is not a stranger. He's a friend of mine."

"Oh really? Who asked? And why are you here anyway?"

I sniffed and stared at his annoyed face.

I like to think I’m right but that’s vague. I just enjoy fooling myself. I can feel at least once that my dream is coming true.

"Why do you care Erato?"

His eyebrows raised. He threw away the leaf he was holding and touched his finger to his lip as he always did.

"I'm just concerned about your boy. Pitying him because your brother might break his skull."

I sniffed even more and hid the grin on my lips. I'm really am enjoying this.

"Hmm."

I stared at his face. His height is massive. Are they still in the gym? I bit my lip. Looking at the size of… Of the body! Big body.

"Really? Just make sure you're not concerned of my welfare Erato."

I teased him. His expression darkened but he recovered immediately.

"Why Jade? Are you already ambitious?"

I was tongue tied. Did not expect him to say that.

"If you are…"

He placed both of his palm on the sides of my boobs like he's measuring something. That seems to have been estimated.

"Like this..."

They went down to the side of my hip. There's still inches of space between his hands and my body yet I feel like I'm already out of breath. His masculine scent almost took me to heaven.

After he did that he backed away again and that's when I realized what he had done.

"But it’s not. You're just a kid Jade, stop your fantasies."

And he left. I clenched my fist. I must have blushed with anger because of what he said. For the nth time, he left me again with shame.

It clearly makes me face the difference between the two of us.

"I'm not like your hoes, Erato. My day will come."
