Chapter 4: The Arid Ravis Galaxy

“Welcome back, Mr. Luca,” said an elderly Ravis.

“Yes, thank you, Darish. How was it during my absence? Did anything happen at the castle?” asked Luca, who sat proudly on his throne.

Darish was Luca's ancestor or accomplice in charge of watching over and guarding the castle in Luca's absence.

“No problems have occurred,” Darish replied. “It's just that Mr. August has come looking for you several times, and Miss Laurel has come looking for you several times.”

That's what Darish reported there. “Yes, all right. Darish, could you please arrange for some female servants to tend to my pets in the western room?

“Yes, sir. I'll prepare them immediately," Darish responded with complete obedience. “That lowly human was even placed next to the lord ruler's room. What's so special about that female human?” Darish mentally walked away to fulfill the task Luca had given him.

Inside her room, Belinda was filled with boredom. There was no cell phone to play with, no television to watch.

“God, am I lost in antiquity? It's really annoying,” complained Belinda, who just laid down on the bed with her legs hanging off the end, swinging lightly. “Ah, at this rate, I won't die from being killed by those aliens, but from boredom. How annoying!” she complained.

Belinda also had no idea what time it was or whether it was day or night, as the sky remained the same color—a fairly dark orange.

“Sucks!” she complained until there was a knock on the door. She got up from her position and saw a waiter carrying a table of food for Belinda.

“Hey, where's your boss?” Belinda asked, "Hey, where's your boss?" to which the waitress responded with a sarcastic frown.

“Damn it! She doesn't seem to understand a word I say,” Belinda complained.

Regrettably, Belinda comprehended their words, yet she was unable to communicate with Ravis. What a sad fate that was.

The servant walked out of there with a sharp, cynical look. And the door was closed again.

Belinda got up from her seat and walked over to the table of food. It was a different menu, but the aroma was delicious and appetizing.

“I think she wants to make her pet fat and perky. She complained, "I feel as though I am constantly being fed, and my stomach is on the brink of rupture."

Belinda abandoned her meal and walked slowly towards the window, which offered a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Outside, there was a wide expanse of arid land, where the dry soil was littered with large rocks sticking out, creating an atmosphere that seemed to be isolated from ordinary life.

The scenery was reminiscent of a desert, with the sky scorching and the sun's rays burning mercilessly, reinforcing the sense of solitude and unfriendliness. The shiny-looking sand and the layer of dust covering the surface of the ground added to this desolate feel. In his mind, he imagined how miserable it would be if one had to trek through the area; each step would be heavy and tiring, as if burnt by the intense heat.

The absence of greenery and other life around her only added to the tension in the atmosphere, stimulating her curiosity about what really happened in this place that seemed to be surrounded by silence.

Without realizing it, Belinda was caught up in deep thoughts about the beauty and cruelty of nature, as if the scene before her was a reflection of the challenges and difficulties she often faced in her daily life.

“I didn't know there was such a horrible place,” Belinda lamented. She imagined that if she fled, the arid conditions would likely cause her to burn.

“Uh, what's that flying?” She squealed in surprise and tried to look in the air.

“Is that a flying human?” she muttered. “Ah, I forgot, I'm not on earth, you idiot! It's clear that this galaxy is frightening and home to a variety of strange creatures.

Belinda felt a surge of anxiety as she pondered her future. How long would she be stuck here? And would she be able to survive in this scary place?

“Am I going to die?” She muttered under her breath.

The door to the room opened softly, emitting natural light that highlighted the entire space, and the woman turned her head at the sound of familiar steps. As it turned out, the figure entering the room was Luca, who looked more relaxed than his previous appearance.

A sense of surprise came over Belinda as her eyes traced Luca's outfit, which still expressed an elegant, albeit more casual, impression. The white shirt he wore was only fitted with small spaghetti straps instead of buttons at the front, creating a charming and slightly daring impression, especially when his broad, muscular chest was clearly visible through the shirt opening. At that moment, Belinda was momentarily stunned, mesmerized by the combination of elegance and masculine appeal that emanated from Luca's figure.

Her heartbeat quickened, seemingly captivated by Luca's irresistible charm. In that unexpected moment of togetherness, Belinda felt bound in a subtle tension, making the atmosphere in the room even more charged with an aura of mystery and intertwined attraction.

“Oh, fascinated?” quipped Luca with a mocking look.

“Tsk, still better than humans,” Belinda replied casually, completely defiant until Luca pushed her body against the wall and Belinda's back hit the wall behind her.

“Uh!” moaned Belinda as her back ached.

“How dare you equate me with such a lowly creature as a human!” said Luca with a piercing glare that looked like it would pierce Belinda's heart.

Belinda, the ruler of the Ravis group, defiantly asked, "Why?" The woman was so bored that she boldly challenged a ruler who could potentially break her neck at any moment. “Are you offended? Ah, after all, a gorilla like you can't possibly be compared to a human.”

“What are you talking about? What is a gorilla?” he asked with a serious look that made Belinda want to laugh right there. Even though her heart was beating fast, she felt both fear and goosebumps from the gaze of the man in front of her.

“A noble creature,” Belinda replied casually with a smile.

“Good. She emphasized, "I'm a gorilla, and my caste is higher than humans!" Belinda laughed, leaving Luca perplexed.

“Why? Why are you laughing?” Luca asked.

“Nothing.” Belinda shrugged her shoulders.

Luca pulled Belinda up and threw her on the bed. “Ugh, shit! The mattress is hard again,” she moaned, feeling her body ache there.

“Actually, what do you want? You fucking gorilla!” Belinda cried, wincing in pain.

Luca swiftly moved to the bed and firmly gripped Belinda's jaw.

“I'm curious. Why are your eyes the same color as ours?” Luca inquired, gazing intently into Belinda's eyes.

“Don't be silly! Don't lump me in with strange creatures like you! Belinda complained as she struggled to shake off Luca's hand.

“Let go!”

"Why does your body smell so good too?" muttered Luca, releasing his grip before grabbing a strand of Belinda's hair and kissing it. muttered Luca, who released his grip, then he grabbed a strand of Belinda's hair and kissed it.

“Who exactly are you? This is the first time I've come across a human being of your kind,” Luca said.

“Some kind? You think I'm an animal,” Belinda complained as she swatted Luca's hand away.

“Don't mess with me!”

“Why, you're my pet, and I have the right to do whatever I want to you,” he said, pulling Belinda's body up and tucking her under his big, burly body.

“What do you want to do?” screeched Belinda, trying to push Luca's body away but finding it very difficult. Obviously, her strength was greatly outmatched by Lucia's.
