[Rick:

Why did you do that to Ashley? I mean stealing her grades don’t you think it’s a little much?

Me:

Are you really that stupid to believe her I mean it isn’t like you don’t go to school or like you have no idea how attendance or grades work? I am no longer your girlfriend so why are you talking to me?

Rick:

Who said we were over? I didn’t agree to that and of course you did you slept with Mr. Foster Ashley said she seen you.

Me:

You really are stupid I said and you don’t have to agree. I didn’t sleep with the GAY principle the one with a husband who is friends with Steve. You will believe what ever she tells you as long as she fucks you wont you? I earned my grades and you know I was there and she wasn’t so shove it. Or I can tell the school what you think of Mr. Foster or how you are the one who damaged the pool at Union with your stupid prank.

Rick:

Just because you say it doesn’t make it so. You lied to date me so why not about everything else. Fine we are over but you will regret it.

Me:

Oh I don’t think I will regret it. I did no such thing you chased me so I could help you with your grades and I did just that and nothing more. Let me guess Ashley was supposed to tutor you and I got in the way. That’s funny she never took Algebra 2 so how was she supposed to help you with it the last I checked she was in all lower classes and I was in advanced so BS lie number 100 or so that you have believed from her. Bye Rick I hope to never hear from you again.]

I then blocked him no reason in arguing with the stupid and gullible. I see dad pull up and he takes my joint and takes a drag I look at him surprised. “It has been a long day Silvia, and I have time to clear it out of my system before my 4 months are up. I don’t know where I went wrong.” He puts the last of it out and we go grab our food and make a salad and drink then sit at a table where people cant hear us.

“Well dad you didn’t go wrong per say. My mom just doesn’t know how to not be the way she is. When her and Robert where together she was the same the difference is he was around so he beat her for it and she hit me to make herself feel better. I know you didn’t know she was like this and I would have told you but all you had was her word and I was a kid. I am happy to have had you for a dad even if it ends when you divorce my mom. I have all the proof you need and you will get it the day I leave.” I say while we eat our lunch.

“I just wish I would have seen it I would have fought for you better. I hate that she did what she did to you. As far as the proof I thank you for it. It will get me out of alimony. I will also have to stop the kids cards so they cant use the money. Who has been using yours?” he asks. I think he has seen it and just wants to stay blind. He doesn’t have to care about her so he can do what he wants.

“Never had one.” I say knowing my mother or Ashley must have it.

“Okay I will find it.” He starts eating and doing stuff on his phone. I am guessing he is texting his friend who does our financing for us. “Your card was just used at some sex shop.” We both start laugh and I get the number and call them.

"Hi my name is Silvia, I just got a notification saying I am in your store and well I am having lunch with my dad the owner of the card and we would like to have you hold the person who just used the card it was stolen and the amount is a federal offence.” I don’t get to finish what I was saying when the clerk interrupts me.

“Yes we can do that for you and we can hold them till you and the cops arrive.” Then we hang up. Me and Steve finish eating then leave to go to the damn mall where they are holding who ever has my card.

We get there and park next to each other and head inside. We get to the holding room and I see Rick loving up and kissing on Sophia. “Well dad it looks like mom just hands your money to anyone.”

“It looks like it princess.” He says as we go in the room where I clear my throat and Rick pulls way from Sophia. They both look at us shocked.

Sophia being stupid speaks first. “Oh Mr. Jefferson you are here to help us. I didn’t even know you were in town Ashley never said and neither did Silvia. I don’t know why they are holding me I just used my card and they took it and held me and my purchases all of them.”

I swear she is dumb. “Well I got a call saying my daughters card was being used here and came to talk to them I don’t know what is going on with you I guess you better call your parents I guess I will text them for you.” Steve says while shooting off a text to both there parents.

“Mr. Jefferson please don’t bother our parents its not a big deal I am sure you can take care of it.” Sophia says looking pale and nervous.

I walk to the counter and talk to the guard as I hand them my license. “Hi my name is Silvia and I want a print out of when were and every time this card was used here. I have never had a card so any money spent here is theft. I want dates times receipts everything.” The guard nods and I see his name is Scott.

I walk back to my dad and they look pale. “Are they getting what we need princess?”

“Yes dad, the mans name is Scott. Why do you look so pale Sophia?” I ask. I know why she used my card but they think we don’t know.

“N...n...no.. reason” she says with a stuttered.
