Chapter 5

Marriage Proposal

Amelia's POV

We stood on the deck of a luxurious building, our eyes fixed on the fleets of cars parked below the expensive garden. It was like a dream, I dreamt of something so unique and nice like this in my whole life. As I look at William, I saw love and a promise of new life.

I felt a sense of peace wash over me, a deep-rooted feeling that I belonged in this moment, in this place, with the man I loved by her side. Our journey together had been so emotions and full of stories to tell, but through it all, we had emerged stronger and more united than I ever thought.

"You know my love, I never imagined a future where I'd be in a mansion, watching the city with the man I love," I looked at him and feel loved, and cared of my fragile heart.

I turned to him, my eyes were full of tears of happiness.

"I never thought of a future where I'd find true love, but to my surprise I found it in the most unexpected of places. The man I loved is now writing our own love story against all odds."

Our future would be blossomed and flourished, we will forever be together through the challenges of our contract marriage. In each other's arms, we will find strength, a love that will bound us together in respective of our different past.

As the evening wore on, we left the garden and into the cabin of the building, there are bright lights everywhere with the glow of candlelights casting in the dimly lit space.

"Amelia, there's something I've been meaning to ask you," William said.

I turned to him with a curiosity.

"What is it, William? You know you can tell me anything."

He took a deep breath, as he speaks.

"I want us to make this our contract marriage official, to all the people gandering here, I want them to know the truth, the truth about our marriage contract and the official Proposal.

I want us to commit to a life together, beyond our contract marriage. Amelia.

"Will you marry me?"

Tears were falling down my cheeks as the weight of his words sank in my heart, my heart soaring with joy and full of love.

"Yes, William. A thousand times yes. I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with you, to build a future together filled with love."

In that moment, as we sealed our commitment with a kiss of promises and fulfilled dreams. We are embarking on a new chapter in our lives, a chapter that will see us in the top of our worlds together in sickness and in health.

We planned our dream wedding, a wedding of the century, a wedding of high calibers and celebrations, together from contract lovers to a full time husband and wife. That would bring together all our family and friends in a joyous union of hearts and souls.

The Knight mansion buzzed with different activity as preparations were made for the grand event, the city fills with excitements and anticipations from all corners of the city.

The day is fast approaching, it's almost here.

Aa the day of the wedding is counting very fast, it's here already. The sun shine brightly in a clear blue sky, cars parked in the beautiful gardens of the mansion. As I stand at the altar, my heart beats with a nerves and excitement at the same time, as I waited for the arrival of my groom.

The zooming and booming of music covered all over the city, and the guests are eagerly waiting. The food is served in abundance, the priest is waiting for the groom to show the world who he loved and cared.

The church members turned to watch, as William walked down the aisle, his eyes fixed on me directly with a look of love that took my breath away. Dressed in a sharp black suit, he walks in confidence and grace, his presence commanding the attention of all who knew him as a Billionaire mogul.

Our eyes met, and in that moment, the world fell away, leaving only the two of them standing on the threshold of a new life. With love and devotion shining in his eyes, William took my hands, his is full of promise for future.

"Amelia, from the moment I met you, I knew that you were the one I had been searching for, the missing piece of my heart. Today, in the presence of our loved ones, our families, I vow to love you unconditionally, to support you in all your dreams and aspirations, and to walk by your side through all the trials that life may bring. With you, I have found my home, my love, and my eternal companion. I love you now and forever."

Tears of joy running down my cheeks as I look into William's eyes, my heart overflowing with his love.

"William, you are my rock, my light in the darkness, my partner in all things. Today, I pledge my love and loyalty to you, to stand by your side through sickness and health, happiness and sorrows, to honor you as my beloved husband. With you, I have found my soulmate, my love, you are my eternal companion. I love you now and forever." I said with tears of joy running down my cheeks.

As we exchanged vows and rings, sealing our love with a kiss, we embarked on a new journey together, a journey of love, and promise of a lifetime of happiness.

The celebrations continued under the lights of the William's Enterprise, we also danced holding each other's arms, our hearts full of joy for the journey that had brought us together and ahead of us. And as the music echoed through the gardens of the mansion, we knew that our wedding day was a gift from contract marriage till today.

Our contract marriage had led us to a lifetime of happiness which no one saw coming, and the journey would continue to unfold with each passing day. Each step taken in this our unison towards a future filled with trust.

We danced under the lights of the stars and the soft glow of moonlight, the drinks is scattered everywhere. Our families eats whatever they likes in full.

The journey that saw us through the contract marriage would surely see us through the official marriage life.
