    seriously one of the best stories I’ve read. I enjoy the romance but it’s not the only thing. magic, maddens, and monarchy is obviously a plot that can NOT be ignored. read at your own risk because you’ll be enticed by all that happens.

    okay I’m only on the first chapter and so far it’s great but just a heads up... no medical professional, and definitely not a veteran ER nurse would ever say the Q word especially not at the beginning of shift. If you say it’s going to be a “quiet” shift you had better quickly prepare for all hell to break loose.

    I know these aren’t humans and it’s just a story, butttt just a thought - you don’t defibrillate someone before doing chest compressions. you also can’t shock asystole because there’s not any electrical activity.. also a blood thinner makes 0 sense because there’s internal bleeding. sorry, I’m a nurse and couldn’t help myself 🤣 but I love this story, so well written.
