JUNE I just love how the lady sacrificed her modesty to protect that of the man It shows that women can be very kind in dire situations like this. The introduction of the book kind of suggests that the guy may be human that was why he couldn't sense the mate bond. But since the lady was able to sense it , it is left with her for him to realize the bond that exists between them so that it may work aa the goddess herself proclaimed.

JUNE I have read some of this book already and I like it. I just can't believe a father would do that to his kid's but Hay only a story. I also agree that intro has no real info by just putting an insert but the story is good.

JUNE - I agree with several other reviewers that only using an excerpt from the story as the intro and not including any kind of synopsis/summary makes it difficult for the reader/audience to determine what this book is about and if one is interested enough in it to invest in reading further.

JUNE it's hard to know if I want to invest in this book when the author has included an excerpt, instead of a synopsis. I know sometimes it can be recommended to the writer by an editor, etc, but where's the intrigue? where's the other point of view?

June. the into wasn't really an intro, still don't know what the book is about. why would she call her dad? why would she reject her mate after her wold told her he was her mate?

JUNE I don't understand why there is no actual information about the book in the introduction that's where you are supposed to gain people's interest and tease them into wanting to read more of the book and this doesn't do that for me

JUNE I do not understand why she rejected him even after Raine, her wolf, told her that he is in fact their mate. From other books in the werewolf genre, its clear that there is a huge trust relationship between the human and wolf in the partnership. Why is she not trusting her wolf? Odd.

JUNE The introduction wasn’t really a introduction since it didn’t have a blurb about what the story is actually about. After reading the first couple chapters I was left confused over what was happening. I won’t be adding it to my library.

June .. I can see the potential in this book as it starts out with a bang. However, I don't understand why she called her dad for advice and no one thought to go to either alpha, mate or original packs, for advice or help. why lie?

JUNE I read a few chapters and somehow could not connect with the writing style. I think the flow of the storyline was compromised and became choppy because the author unsuccessfully tried to add some suspense or a cliffhanger at the end of the chapters. Also, personally I prefer quick reads and 160 chapters is too lengthy for me and I become bored easily with drawn out stories.

JUNE - This book is, in a word, a disaster. I have no idea what the plot is and the writing style is just not my cup of tea. The lead character seems to be all over the map making it difficult to follow. Maybe with a little TLC this book could be better but as of now it’s a pass.

“JUNE” I do not understand the second chapter it just didn’t address what happened after “please help me” well they slept together but I still don’t get how they got there. The chick seems to all over the place and I don’t think this book is doing much to hold my interest, the first 3 chapters do not excite they are just word on paper(screen) I am not feeling the emotions or elements in the lack of setting. Like how did she even get in the hotel room almost getting raped.

JUNE The introduction is simply a scene from the story and doesn’t really provide much information about the storyline. The slight twist to the typical “rejected mate” plot is that it is the female doing the rejecting and not the male. I’ll add to my list of possible stories to read. JUNE

June. For the first time I didn’t read the intro. but I can say that this story is promising. I nearly stopped at the first chapter because I really don’t like rapes or any kind of violence against children or woman or of bullied.

JUNE I am interested in many of this authors books, they all look like they would be amazing. The introduction gives you a look into the female leads experience with finding her mate and sleeping with him but for some reason she wants to leave. I wonder why she wants to run from her mate.

JUNE First I think there should be a warning that the beginning of this story starts with an attempted assault as it might be triggering for some. Having said that I think it's going to be a really interesting story so will read more.

I sure hope they solve the mystery of her mother. Why haven't they done a DNA test with Richard Campbell? There is so much mystery in this story. I wonder if Tyler's mother was really his father's fated mate since they do so much wheeling and dealing where mates and children are concerned.

I am really enjoying this book. Note to the author though: The front cover of this book is horrible! I have considered maybe starting to read it several times over the last few months but the cover picture is really off-putting. The only reason I eventually decided to load it to my library and give it a chance was because of the many positive reviews of the book.

Surprised there aren't more comments on here!! So in hopes that potential new readers might read this when deciding whether or not to give this book a go, I'm happy to write a little something after literally just completing the book (with none of the annoying big spoilers that so often litter comments sections) All in all, a great story and one that I would have been happy to continue reading. I only realised how long the actual book was just now upon reflection. The book is long, yes...but it's because it's already kind of like two books in one. Rachel and Tyler's relationship is kind of split into a before and after type thing. Lots of twists and turns and revelations that keep the story moving forward and the characters growing. It has really set itself up a glorious foundation for future sequels! So many potential stories to explore and I can't wait for the author to hopefully begin work on further books in this series *fingers crossed* ..ASAP hahaha! No pressure 😂 ❤️ it! xx
