Penelope is a young historian and innocent 24-year-old who travels to Greece on a pilgrimage to see the island of Cyprus, the origin of the Goddess Aphrodite. Penelope knows that she is a descendant of wolves, since her grandmother was a moon wolf. During the preparations for her trip to Greece, Penelope feels an attraction to her travel agent that does not go beyond a love affair, Gerard Key, a 28-year-old who often has precognitive dreams.
