"Impossible!" I cried out, shock coursing through me as the silver wolf transformed right before my eyes, shifting into the very slave I had acquired to master the art of pleasing my fiancé.
Curtis chuckled softly, his voice soothing, "Please, don't fear, my Luna. I have no intention of consigning you to the realm of Hades, as I have done with other royal families." His hand grazed my cheek, his eyes ablaze with an intensity that sent shivers down my spine.
"Show me the results of our shared lessons in satisfying men," Curtis commanded.
Trembling, my hands tentatively explored Curtis' muscular frame. The fear of death propelled me to obey his orders, despite my apprehension.
Never could I have imagined that my purchase of a slave would trigger the downfall of my kingdom through Curtis' unexpected onslaught.
