"You know you are never to speak to any of the other bosses!"

Alex chuckled humorlessly, his lips twisting up in a sneer. "He's not the only one. Or did you think I didn't know about the others?"
"Seriously?"
Alex stalked toward me, his powerful chest pressing me into the wall as his arms came up on either side of my head, caging me in and bringing a rush of heat to pool between my legs. He leaned forward, "That is the last time you disrespect me.”

"No!" he snapped. "You are not sorry. Not yet. You violated the rules and now, I will change them."
"What? How?" I whimpered.
He smirked, stroking his hands behind my head to pet my hair. "Do you think you are special?" He scoffed, "Do you think those men are your friends?" Alex's hands suddenly fisted, yanking my head back cruelly. “I will show you who they really are.”
I swallowed a sob as my vision blurred and I began to struggle against him.
