    Your title is deceiving. And its not meant to be a love story? It just doest make sense. You have so many chapters, and the title story dies off at the beginning. Why introduce Sebastian like he is a main character. Maybe, your title should be centralised to Rayne. Nothing is more tasteless, than a deceiving title.

    echoing other readers, deeply disappointed. the title and plot are misleading. personally I expected to see a light alfa love story about sebastion and rayne love story. Parker is a friend that somehow becomes her mate...why tho :’( so much of misleading build up. If this is not a romance book don’t call it like a typical alpha romance book. call it rayne and Parker’s adventures into the supernatural world...

    Hi. Like others here.. I was messaged by your editor. Im not sure if it was a bot or not because he/she never replied to my messages. About your story, there are some improvements that I can see..like in your introduction..it reveals too much what is inside the story..like the conflict where she will choose between her lover and her mate. It can be a plot twist if it was kept hidden. Then some description was repeated like the make up on first chapter. Also, pls..as a reader, the first 3 chapters are the most complicated bcoz its either will gain you a reader or will loose one. Those chapters for me kind of dragging bcoz there are sentences that are redundant or not needed at all. Also, I understand that it is your style to write in 3rd persons POV, but using "she" when there is multiple women talking kinda confusing. I think if you use their names, it will be much understood who is the speaker. Then, I really like the way you describe their moves, the scenes, and their appearance, maybe some changes in the words that you have used will be great and some have over description mostly on their personality. Better show than tell. :) About the plot itself, I've read a lot like this but not in this style, so you still have that new taste. Though, in my opinion, i like it when characters are not that of a douchebag or drama queen. Like, when their reactions or emotions are not far from reality or what we are supposed to do in real life. This makes me relate more to the characters. For example (not hating it though) in the 2nd chapter when Seb and Gia was introduced, I can sense that Seb is the douche mate but i think it went overboard like..if he is an Alpha, he was taught that his mate will be the one for him and for his pack. So, maybe give him some hesitation or conscience in that chapter. This will help the build up when he changed and needed Rayne in his life. Its never too early to start character development but it can be too late. These are but some of my feedback in your book. These are all my honest opinions and I dont mean any hate in your story. Keep writing.

    For those coming onto AnyStories from Wattpad, you NEED to read this message before you decide to leave a comment: The app’s advertising department is the one contacting you on Wattpad for a “review,” under the guise as “an editor working with the writer.” Acct. names will be different. They will send you a few sample chapters to read and suggest you continue the rest of the story on AnyStories. Who knows what happens to your responses, but many have received coins as a “gift” for their “lovely help with the story.” As an editor, myself, I took the department’s request very seriously. My critique was at least a couple thousand words long; and it lacked the harshness I’m about to give in this message because at the moment I’m very annoyed by the app department’s deceit. But to sum it up, @North Rose: The beginning of your book was intriguing, but you have a long way to go as a writer. A few grammatical errors are a given with any story, but your writing lacks detail, or sometimes it’s misplaced. Sentences or words are often too repetitive; the same thing could be said about your character’s dialogue. I actually enjoyed writing my review, and it’s a shame this was nothing more than a ploy to lure more readers from a free-to-read app to a pay-to-read app. It’s not a scheme, just false advertising. And it’s definitely misleading. Many readers want to read more of the story so they’ll look past this stunt, but I cannot. I’m not being forced to finish the remainder your story, so therefore I won’t; but I wish you the best of luck with remainder of your book/series.
