#bingeread Cessilia or Tessandra.. I’m still not sure who I like the most but I think Cessilia because of how she can switch from being like mother and being cold and intimidating like her father, the switches in her personality are so swift that I find myself bit surprised and taken aback like the character who unfortunately received such a reaction from her. I like how this book addresses some questions asked in 1st book like Cassandra’s heritage, origin and what happened to the Rain Tribe.

This is the second book in this series by Author Jenny Fox 🦊. The book is astounding. I found the complexity of the characters fascinating and the fact that this book contains six major women characters who are strong, can fight, and love fiercely. The sex scenes are sexy, hot, and fun to read. And the author adds bonus scenes which are fantastic. #bingeread

Krai-AS first thing first: Jenny Fox is so, soooo good. she could write cards for a living and they'd probably be pretty awesome as well. besides the obvious talented writing, she really puts care into the storytelling, the development of the arc and the characters, and understands the ideal balance between "not rushing into things" and "not dragging things too long just to make sure to have a slow burn" 😂

Krai-AS this book has such a refreshing start…no sex scene, no fighting, just a nice building of a storyline. Loving that the women are the stars of the story and not the usual damsel in distress stories. I think I’m going to thoroughly enjoy these

Kris-AS interesing start looking forward to reading more. For me it was a bit difficult to get into the story at first, however, the more I read the better it got. The writing style is different than what I usually read so that may be why I had difficulty. it is well written though.

Krai-AS After reading The War God's Favorite and loving it I just had to read this book as well. Just like the first in this series it was fantastic. I could read these books over and over again. It is such a great detailed story with great characters that you fall in love with. Jenny Fox is an amazing writer and I have read many of her other books and it is a personal goal of mine to read them all. At this point as long as the story is written by Jenny I will read it without even needing the introduction because I will already know I will love it.

Krai-AS this sounds like an interesting book to read and I love Dragons. It seems to be well written and I found no grammar mistakes. I like the idea of an Empress and can't wait to see how it ends up since she wants her nephew to take over after her and it will be interesting to see if he can keep up with keeping the country thriving like she did. Krai-AS Jenny Fox is a brilliant writer. I love how this series has produced multi dimensional women. Cessilia has taken both her parents’ qualities, the strength and observant skills from her father and the graceful nature of her mother. Despite Cessilia’s speech impairment she is still able to stand her ground and not be intimidated. I was happy we got to see the War God as a parent and the same frown and few words he speaks in.

Krai-AS absolutely love the romance between Cessilia and Ashen. I love the drastic difference between Sabael and Tessandra but they make the most amazing couple. The story is one that keeps the reader on the edge of their seat the whole time. Love this author and stories she writes!!!

Krai-As I've been a big fan of Jenny Fox for a long time. I loved The War God's Favorite and I am so excited to continue in this book as well. Jenny does an excellent job creating the world inside this book and makes it incredibly difficult to put the book down. I'm waiting until I have all the chapters to begin this book because I know I'll be so frustrated if I can't binge read it.

This author has written other pieces that I had heard great things about. This preview has me wanting to move The War God’s Favorite up my TBR list just to read it all in the right order.
