Like mother, like daughter. Cassandra would’ve been proud of Cessi, so would Kairen. Seeing Jisel’s dear exposed literally made my day. You reap what you sow, now Cessi is coming for Jisel. The moment the Yekara leader looked at Jisel was enough to convince me that they’ve been conspiring with each other behind Ashen’s back. Also, bye, Rohin, this was for murdering Yassim and for injuring Ashen. Up next on the killing block is Jisel. Unfortunatley, I want to know now, is her mother one of Kairen’s half-siblings, or is she the daughter of the late Vrehan. Great chapter!! Can't wait for Tessa to save her man. Also So happy that Ashen is in a much better place and now can be a better person. This is an unpopular opinion but I would be ok with Cessi not getting her dragon back. It's sad but everything doesn't have to be perfect and that doesn't mean that their babies wouldn't have dragons. She's still Cassie's daughter and they're blessed by the water God.
