So I don’t think Jisel is dead. she has the dragon blood. I think she took control of the dagger stabbed herself so there would only be one clean wound for her body to try and heal. She said she has done everything to survive so I am sure she has practiced being dead. Remember how hard it was to kill Vehran? I just don’t think she is done yet.
