I enjoyed this chapter so much! So detailed and happy to learn about the different tribes and possibly more people from the Rain Tribe?! I love it I love it!!!! Ok. So here’s my theory. Years ago a young Ashen was saved by a young Cessi who ended up losing her dragon in the process thus causing her stutter and emotional walls. Yassim knew the story and that is why he brought Cessi to the Eastern Empire. He was hoping the 2 would recognize each other, which they did, the king would choose Cessi and Cessi would be able to calm the kings anger. Jisel is probably some witch descended from the rain tribe who has some sort of hold on the king. Tessa may need to take her out, as in murder her. Hey it just my theory. Either way this story is going to have all our emotions and nerves on edge 😁😁😁

How cool it would be if they reunite with people from their old tribe. Cassandra was, what, 9 years old when she was captured? So that would mean it has been 30 years since the Rain Tibe has been wiped out. I'd assume that adults managed to escape, which would put them around 50-60 years old
